EDU is thrilled to announce the addition of IPR as the presenting sponsor of the EDU Film Festival. For the past four years, IPR College of Creative Arts has played a major role in the continued success of EDU. Through both monetary and in-kind donations, IPR has insured that the EDU Film Festival remains a free event and that young filmmakers from all types of backgrounds have equal access to this unique experience.
Jaki Velez has been involved in the EDU Film Festival since she attended high school at MTS' Digital Media Academy. PJ Mack is a double graduate of IPR in the Sound Design for Visual Media and Digital Video & Media Production programs. We are proud to announce that Jaki and PJ have joined EDU as Assistant Directors.
We've put together an impressive team of film professionals to help us grade and select the official screeners for the 2017 EDU Film Festival. They will give each film a grade for story, cinematography, sound, edit/post-production, and "heart." Those grades will be averaged and compiled to determine which films will screen. Take a look at the selection team bios, you'll be honored that they are watching your work.
